The Paperly Goods Story
Hi, I’m Sydney — founder of Paperly Goods, professional gift wrapper, and lifelong believer that the way a gift is presented can be just as meaningful as what’s inside. My love for gift wrapping began early, learning at my mom’s side as she worked her magic as a department store gift wrapper. That’s where I discovered the joy in every fold, crease, and bow — not just in how beautiful a gift can look, but in how it can make someone feel seen, appreciated, and cared for.
Before Paperly Goods, I spent 15 years in the interior design industry, honing an eye for detail, balance, and intentional design. Those years taught me how thoughtful aesthetics and the power of storytelling can shape experiences — lessons I now bring to every package I wrap and every workshop I teach. Leaving the corporate world wasn’t just about pursuing my passion; it was about building something meaningful, something I could share with others, and showing my two young daughters that creativity can be a powerful, purposeful career.
Today, Paperly Goods is more than just gift wrapping. It’s about helping people turn everyday giving into unforgettable moments. Whether you’re here for our luxury wrapping services or to join a class with friends, I hope you’ll leave feeling inspired, more confident in your own creativity, and connected to the people you care about. And if we happen to swap cookie recipes or party ideas along the way… I’m here for it :)
